Recurring membership payments are processed according to the billing schedule disclosed at signup. Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

The Aligned Box is a physical offering associated with eligible membership tiers. It is thoughtfully timed around the seasonal turning points of the year, creating an opportunity to reconnect with your intentions as the seasons change.

The box is scheduled to ship in connection with the next solstice or equinox, according to the shipping policy below.

Important: Only memberships that explicitly include the Aligned Box qualify to receive it. Please check your tier description to confirm whether this offering is included.

Aligned Boxes are scheduled around the seasonal solstices and equinoxes.

If the relevant solstice or equinox has already passed within the previous 45 days, your box will ship immediately rather than waiting for the next seasonal turning point.

Otherwise, your box will be scheduled for shipment in connection with the next solstice or equinox.

Please note that shipping refers to dispatch from our studio; delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.

Members are notified via email 14 days prior to dispatch. For special requests regarding where your Aligned Box is sent, please contact us no later than 7 days before the scheduled dispatch date.

If your selected membership tier includes the Aligned Box, it will be prepared according to the applicable seasonal shipping schedule.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and current before fulfillment. If you move or need to update your delivery information, contact us before your order is processed.

Once a package has shipped, changes to its destination may not be possible.

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for another billing period, cancel before your next scheduled renewal. Your access following cancellation will depend on the membership terms displayed when you subscribe and the cancellation policy of the membership platform.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous payments or cancel an order that has already entered fulfillment.

If you would like to explore a different level of the experience, you may change your membership tier through your account.

In order to change your membership tier, please cancel your subscription and wait until until your billing period ends to resubscribe. You will still have access to your current membership until that time.

Upgrading does not automatically guarantee an additional Aligned Box or other physical benefit outside the terms of the selected tier. Physical offerings are subject to the applicable eligibility and fulfillment schedule.

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under the terms of the membership.
