Order Fulfillment Times

Fulfillment is the time required to prepare and process your order before it ships.

* Candles: Please allow 3–7 business days for fulfillment.

* All Other Products: Please allow 2–5 business days for fulfillment.

Fulfillment times are separate from shipping transit times. Your total delivery time includes both fulfillment and transit.

During periods of high order volume, fulfillment may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping — United States

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

Standard Shipping

* Estimated transit time: 3–4 business days.

* Shipping rate: Flat rate.

Express Shipping

* Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select destinations, including Canada and countries in Europe.

International Standard Shipping

* Estimated transit time: 5–20 business days.

* Shipping rate: Flat rate.

International Express Shipping

* Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Your total delivery time includes order fulfillment and shipping transit.

U.S. Standard Shipping

* Candles: Approximately 6–11 business days total (3–7 business days for fulfillment + 3–4 business days for transit).

* All Other Products: Approximately 5–9 business days total (2–5 business days for fulfillment + 3–4 business days for transit).

U.S. Express Shipping

* Candles: Approximately 4–10 business days total (3–7 business days for fulfillment + 1–3 business days for transit).

* All Other Products: Approximately 3–8 business days total (2–5 business days for fulfillment + 1–3 business days for transit).

International Standard Shipping

* Candles: Approximately 8–27 business days total (3–7 business days for fulfillment + 5–20 business days for transit).

* All Other Products: Approximately 7–25 business days total (2–5 business days for fulfillment + 5–20 business days for transit).

International Express Shipping

* Candles: Approximately 4–10 business days total (3–7 business days for fulfillment + 1–3 business days for transit).

* All Other Products: Approximately 3–8 business days total (2–5 business days for fulfillment + 1–3 business days for transit).

All delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow its journey.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Smoky Moon by House de Von LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over for shipment. However, if you experience a shipping issue, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
